How do I know whether this summit is right for me?

If you’re a busy mum in business or with a demanding career who wants realistic support through menopause — yes, it’s for you. Anyone else who is curious about the subject sessions is, of course, also welcome.

I'm not a mum, why am I being excluded from the summit?

Our aim is not to exclude people but to provide focus for women. This summit is focused on busy working mums so we can go deeper and be genuinely useful to their specific challenges, rather than trying to cover everything for everyone. That doesn't mean other people cannot attend it just means that you may find some sessions are not helpful for you. We fully plan to run summits for other groups — and we’d love to welcome you to a future summit that may feel more aligned than this one, so please watch this space.

When is the event?

Online between February 11-13 2026. You’ll get community access as soon as you register.

What if I can’t attend live?

Most presentations are pre-recorded and available for 48 hours with your free ticket. There will also be live elements and community threads. If you need more time, you can upgrade to the Menopause Momentum Power Pack for extended access. You’ll get a link to this after you register.

How long do I have access?

Are the presentations live?

To keep quality high (and tech headaches low), core presentations are pre-recorded and released on a schedule. The team from Fabulous Beyond 40 and some speakers will be active in the Facebook group for Q&A threads, and we’ll host bonus live sessions throughout the week.

Will speakers get my email address?

No. You’ll join the Fabulous Beyond 40 list for summit updates and daily links. Speakers only receive your email if you choose to opt in for their resources.

Are videos captioned or transcribed?

Yes — all presentations will have closed captions. Notes and transcripts are included with the Menopause Momentum Power Pack upgrade.
